You DO NOT want to complete the final inspection with them present because they will try to distract you, argue with you about your findings, or demand you make a decision right there in front of them.

They always want to invest but are busy or distracted with other things.

I am sure you could do some rendition using software or a website like Fiverr but that costs money and distracts you from doing everything you can to get the rehab done.

As someone who lives in Commiefornia and has no plans to move out, sure....these laws are a distraction and annoying at times.

If they're unhappy because some other child is being selfish with some of the equipment in the park, it is not the time to distract them with a treat but rather to teach them empathy and how A) some kids don't learn to take turns, and that's an objectively bad thing, and B) why I demand that he takes turns himself rather than hog the favored piece of equipment all to himself. 

Seems they have gotten comfortable playing the blame game on each other as a distraction instead of creating solutions.
