Marketing rental during rehab

I about 4 weeks out from rehabbing 1 unit within a 4 plex that I own. This will be the first of 4. I want to get a quality tenant, but I have zero pics to show. Meaning, the big ticket items that I am replacing are in complete disarray.

I KNOW there is a way to do a simulation of what it will look like. This would be very similar to what r/e agents do prior to a house being complete, or maybe it is complete and they add staging.

Ideas?
