I have been reading, researching & digesting everything that I can get my hands on in preparation for doing my first deal.

@Mike Baker Do digest the warnings from @David Krulac and @Leon D. , but a student rooming house can be a very profitable venture.

There are settings in your account profile that control how notifications are mailed, including getting a "digest-like" bundle.

Dave, thanks for the detailed reply, took me a few days to digest it :) I wish the numbers you used in your example were for my property but you flipped the land/improvements value.
