The person the thread was primarily dedicated to simply was not following the advice accurately enough or being too lazy.  

I suspect a pad for a vehicle can be provided at fairly low cost (it could use gravel instead of hardscape).To compound the parking issues, the city has been taking away parking spots for dedicated bike lanes.  

We should take them at there word and with the highest degree of seriousness and dedication of intent.

My goal with RE investing is to build enough passive incoe to one day soon leave my 9-5 and, along with my partner Account Closed, be able to dedicate myself full time to scaling our business. 

I thought the main advantage would be the ability to micro-manage your portfolio, customizing your vendor list according to each property and coordinating with a dedicated leasing agent.

Please recommend a free one, as I have only one rental property so not sure i need too many features.I would just set up 1 dedicated bank account for your rental property, you are going to have very few transactions.Thanks,Dustin
