Hi,My name is Dania, my husband and I are coming to check out Spokane on the second week of May.We have been living in Brooklyn NY for the past 16 years but are now actively exploring and planning our relocation, we are not settled yet on where that will be but Spokane is high on the list, we have spent a day in the city a few months ago and are now coming back for a few more days and hope to learn more about the city, the people and the RE market.

If you show him that X+y+z=W then his only argument could be A) your numbers are wrong, in which case you ask him for his actual numbers, B) the cap should be 4.4%, in which he should provide proof that the area demands such, or C) he's the swindler.
