In other spots like Indianapolis, Charlotte, Atlanta, Las Vegas, and Salt Lake City, more jobs and people moving in are making homes in demand, and that's making rents go up too.

I am based in Las Vegas ,NV  -- was thinking about acquiring some rental properties in mid-west, possibly TX, AR, TN as well....what your take on it?
