I recently moved back to the Columbus, OH area earlier this year after being in Las Vegas, NV for five years.  I had a very successful career in Property Management where I specialized in Marketing and Leasing. I am excited to be carrying over my experience to my new brokerage,Mills Realty & Mgmt Co, here in Ohio.

@Tom Ott

I currently invest in Canal Winchester Ohio here is my buy box.

SFH up to 8 unit-(3+bed 2+bath 2car garage. 1200+ square feet per unit.

Cities I purchase real estate and what I can pay for SFH depending on terms of financing.

Canal Winchester schools (150-180k),

Pickerington schools 150-180k)

Dublin schools 43017 if possible (150-250)

What I’m willing to replace in a rehab: Carpet, paint, appliances, drywall, electrical, hot water tank, AC, Furnace, any non structural framing, cosmetics, flooring, home built 1980+ if possible.

What I don’t want: No Flood Plane. No structural no foundation repairs, no termite infestation or other insect infestations, no mold remediation, no roof replacement, no septic).

No condos unless selling 50% of condos in the community so I control HOA.

My goal is 16 units total that when paid off will make 180+k per year.

Currently own

2 SFH in Canal Winchester (That's my bread and butter)

1 duplex in North Canton, Ohio

1 duplex in Green, OH

** I need 10 more units to reach my goal. **
