Netflix and chill, start a business, travel, something else?

A couple of millennials we know told us that to avoid their condo common pool area & party room they will rent a nice Airbnb suburban home for a weekend to chill in the pool & have a dinner party/BBQ with just a few close friends.

A place for baseballers to chill after a hard workout or throwdown a dope party.So we are clear, the batting cage will need a keg-o-rator and sound system integrated.If average rents are like $1000, then charge $1200...throw parties for word of mouth.

I like to exercise, chill out on the weekends, and use my hydrotherapy Jacuzzi hot tub whenever I want............. : )

I don't have a ton of experience, only one live in flip, I have managed a handful of small construction projects at a previous employer, I managed the entire engineering park project at my current employer which included construction of an 11,000 sqft pad, a 3500 sqft facility with all necessary plumbing and electrical, I also personally designed an managed the installation of our custom chilled water delivery system that is required for certain tests.

Who knows, maybe the older kids of the military/government employees will want to have a way to chill out without worry about their parents.An interesting topic, and an interesting niche.

Welcome, @Celiene O'Hara.The orthodox BP advice would be to pull equity out of your duplex that you've owned since 2001 to buy the next place all cash, immediately pull all your equity out of that one, and so on, but I honestly think the orthodox BP advice is often a bit too liberal.There's nothing "wrong" with equity...So maybe do that once or twice, and chill with 2-3 properties for a while.Anywho, the Bay Area BP crowd is very active and helpful, don't hesitate to reach out to anyone.
