New Member in San Francisco Peninsula Bay Area
Total newbie. Middle aged. Single. Trying to figure out best way to move forward towards a secure future and eventual retirement. How to make my equity and / or money (if I sell) work for me. Trying to decide whether to sell my duplex, or what? I purchased in 2001, so....
At this point - I'm trying to educate myself. A friend keeps sending me scammer real estate seminar crap & MLM garbage. NO, thank you! That is how I found this site, by looking up ANOTHER scammer!
I'm not looking to get super rich quickly or otherwise, I just crave financial security.

Hello @Celiene O'Hara and welcome to Bigger Pockets. BP is one of the best real estate investing websites out there today. It has a ton of information including free online videos and educational courses. It even has it's own podcast in itunes. You came to the right place and I wish you best of luck.
