However this is something that will for sure affect MF construction this year and sfr is these Tarrifs hold.In the NW I know a lot of lumber comes from CA / BC to be specific but my lumber packages for homes i build in Charleston SC are pine so I know it local wood .. but you know the lumber brokers they will gouge if they get any chance to do so

The right agent will have worked with Canadians before, will have lenders set up that can work with Canadians and will have a seamless process for management.Not only can an agent set you up with a GC, property manager, lawyer, insurance broker, inspector and everything else you need, they can analyze deals and put numbers in front of you.Your job as an investor is to vet the vendors they are providing and double check their analysis.

They are able to rent property that is lower income housing, because otherwise the property would be vacant, or better housing where the landlord hasn’t completed a thorough due diligence either because the landlord left the due diligence to the leasing broker, or doesn’t know how to go beyond a $15 “tenant report”. or the property is sitting vacant and the landlord decides to “take a chance”.
