Well if you wanted to invest in the midwest that is a lot of time in an airplane or a car to learn the market.

And as soon as you need an airplane it's a completley different story.

i hate to admit it but i tend to agree @Dustin Bowen, that is a long commute to actively have your hands and feet in airplane mode no doubt, but if you have a great contact person in shreveport  that knows your business model and target niche, then it could work out for all parties, good luck and try to get something more closer to cali or hawaii for your next flip!!!!!.......

I would also put your cell phone on airplane mode at night.

only thing I would consider is if they own a detailing business and wanted to detail the cars or wash and wax the airplane.. that i would consider.

Like flying an airplane, it looks deceptively easy from afar. 

And I wonder if GE wouldn't have been allowed to build Jet airplane engines because they were so good at dish washers where would we be?

If you treat R/E like a hobby ... you'll get a balsa wood model airplane.

Cockpit in airplane though perfect.
