Howdy BP,Post pretty much does what is says on the tin: who goes on the title when putting together a Co-GP deal?

And I'm not interested in selling or having a co-owner.

I was thinking of having my wife to go through the loan process and apply and see what she is getting qualified for and me as a co-signer.
