I've come across a few creative ways to handle this and monetize it some how. the first option that immediately popped into my head was wholesaling.

What they do is allow note holders to donate for a tax write off then Community Health Training finds a way to monetize the note to fund their charitable endeavors.

Generally, they'll want collateral, and assuming you could give them collateral in Honduras, it would be extremely difficult if not impossible for the lender to monetize.

You now still have the $60k and you’ve got $200-500 per mo net cash flow and… you can do another… and… another… and….If uncomfortable with that and not wanting a major project a STR could be good but I personally haven’t done one (yet!).

Focus on HOW can I help an audience.... then focus on how you can monetize that help you give your audience... and then focus on how can you be the best at it, and then fopcus on how can you offer the best service... the money will follow, I promise you that!
