Hey everyone, 

I'm located in the U.S., but have a contact looking to sell me his portfolio of 200+ mortgages in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. The Honduran institutions I've spoken with won't lend to a foreigner, and I'm having trouble finding options here.

Anyone here have experience in funding an International deal, or know someone who could weigh in on this? TIA!
