I'm in Mississippi and section 8 is pretty easy to deal with here. 

Realtor Code of Ethics does too - but that only applies if you're a NAR member.Once you cross state lines, I don't know whether that changes the MLS Rules part, or even if your MS has that rule.If you were not a licensed agent, I'd say direct contact with the seller would be the right step to take next.The other thing I'd do would be to instruct your agent to deal ONLY with the broker of that office.
