My name is Trevor Montgomery and i stumbled across Biggerpockets on youtube and it peaked my interested with the rental property investments. I'm a single father, teacher and basketball coach. I enjoy my profession but i am very interested in trying to increase income without having to work more. I have ZERO experience with real estate but i'm willing to learn and take advice.
