Add to all of that the confusion of BP'ers writing recommendations for companies they work for or commentators who are actually getting paid referrals and it can be confusing.Feel free to message me - I would be happy to share with you companies we have masterminded with for best practices in this space and whom you may want to check out.I would however recommend buying in NV based on what you've shared, but if you go out of state, just be patient.

What has been your experience with Mastermind groups that you have been apart of?

NHREIA meets the 2nd Wed of the month, NewEnglandREIA meets the first Wed, and NH RE Investor Mastermind can be found on Meetup and sometimes here on the events page, and meets in Nashua.   

I am a part of a mastermind with Michael, who is a great guy, and Rod has a terrific podcast, although I do not know him personally.I just hope people will seriously consider investing in themselves and spend money to go to the next level.
