In the past 10 years of renting, I have a CEO, a JP morgan analyst, high tech marking director, so on and so forth....They tend to stay 3-5 years, so I only had 3-4 tenants for the two properties combined in 10 years.....

@Lakeesha Romero, you are deliberately ignoring every motivated Seller who "either wants cash or... don't want the hassle of being a landlord" (who comprise probably 90% of your available pool of motivated sellers), just so you can focus on finding 1 Seller per 1000 who might be talked into lease options?
