Otherwise, I think the main issue is "creative financing" still requires "desperate" sellers, those that have a particular massive "pain" that just needs to be relieved in anyway. 

This is 100% organic, I obviously rank #1 everywhere, so all my traffic took it upon themselves to take the trouble to desperately find me and click all over my website.2).

Remain disciplined and patient, taking your time to choose the correct offers, carrying out extensive research, and refraining from hurriedly making investments out of desperation.
