I let them know this, and then move along.I return to pick it up and find out that the truck was delayed, and when dealing with the PM and tenant, I begin to realize that these tenants (and this property) have a huge case of what im calling "neglected tenant syndrome".

@Tim Davis retiring landlords is a nice spin on Burnt out landlord syndrome LOL...excellent way to get owner financing.. the tougher the hood the more they are likely to do this.areas were cash sales are common place most will just list and sell.I see this with folks that built up 100 200 or more C or D class then really have no exit..

An additional benefit of identifying your lane is that you can take the advice of other investors who are focused on a different REI strategy in the context of how that advice applies to your lane, rather than giving in to the urge to completely switch to what they are doing...commonly known as shiny object syndrome :) Good luck on your journey!
