What I've been considering is installing a few "smart outlets" (outlets with usb plugs as well), a dishwasher, a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, new LED light bulbs throughout, and some light caulk work. 

There is currently no fridge, a rolling (not plumbed) dishwasher that sits next to the stove and limited cabinets/counter space. 

Just picked up a floor model LG stainless steel dishwasher at Best Buy for $300.

Or that you can't open the dishwasher and a certain drawer at the same time.
