Purchase price: $29,965 Cash invested: $92,965 At the annual District of Columbia tax sale, I picked up two liens this summer.

A year and a half ago we decided to fill the need and started the Meetup, Commercial Proven Profits in Columbia/Elkridge MD.

Does anyone have any recommendation on house inspectors in the Columbia/Irmo Sc area?

Both are from Columbia and appear to have come here in the last year or two.

Keep in mind that the local rankings in order of desirability, as harsh as it may be, are as follows (sorry locals, I grew up in Brazoria): 1) Lake Jackson and immediate surrounding area (Clute not viewed favorably by long time locals) 2) Angleton area 3) Brazoria 4) West Columbia 5) Sweeny 7) Surfside and Freeport maybe tied.

It would be worth his money to pay a professional.Also,  I see you are from Columbia, SC.
