House inspector for a foreclosed home

Hello BP community!

My fiancé and I are currently looking into buying a foreclosure. The property has a septic tank and a well and is in need of a handful of work. We are looking to cover all our bases with the due diligence process so we do not come across any unexpected surprises. Does anyone have any recommendation on house inspectors in the Columbia/Irmo Sc area? Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated!
