That's a really big bite to chew for a first time investor........ as a new investor you already have a decently steep learning curve to face...... taking this on makes it WAY steeper and riskier......Bought by another investor that is now trying to offload it....been sitting for awhile.....challenging issues.....new investor...... sounds like a HUGE risk to me......
