I will be using the four square method in my first iteration and as I continue to learn my hope is to add the more complex calculations. 

It's going to be iterative and you're going to go down rabbit holes only to find nothing there.

It seems like the general take away is that it is much better than any of the CodeNEXT versions (they had three iterations of the new code last year before scrapping it).  

We will keep it as the owner's post and vote count for the time being but consider other options as we iterate on the profile in the next few weeks!

If it is in pre-foreclosure, this would suggest that a foreclosure case has been filed, but not completed.There can be lots of different iterations. 

Look out in the next couple of months to another iteration of the glossary where we will be building out full pages for each term that go more in depth!

This iteration has removed the requirement of owner/operator and co-residency, which is a pretty big deal for someone (not me, though) 'in the business' of short term rentals.
