You should spend some time and take a few trips to NC to see all that this state has to offer. 

I could see spending the additional money and enjoying a tax deductible business trip every other year.

So, this wasn't about "insufficient funds", but about an insurance company deploying a trip wire to cancel me.

I needed more deal flow so I took a trip down south in late July (Memphis, Chattanooga & Nashville).

We took a family trip to Table Rock Lake in late June, and she agreed to let me start looking when we got back.

I know there are risks: breaking my window, breaking a tenant's car window, tripping over a cypress knee and cutting off their own foot, etc. 

Family status is the protected status that trips up most people, with comments like great family home, great neighborhood with lots of kids, this is the ideal place to raise children, etc. are clear violations of fair housing rules.

As typical the governmental authorities tripped all over themselves in coming up with this settlement.
