Here, if I strike a separate side deal - say for a lawn tractor, building supplies stored in the garage, etc., it does not go in the Letter of Arrangement.As another example, the vendor may decide at some point that rather than overseeing the replacement of the fence prior to Close as agreed, he would simply get a quote for the work, cut a check, and leave it to us to schedule the repair.

I have learned that chase is very difficult to work with but you should definitely speak to the attorney and get in touch with the Asset manager managing this property to see if you can strike up a deal (of course after getting the 3rd party authorization) :)
