Best doors for multiunits

The upper apartment door to one of my duplexes needs to be replaced. An angry woman kicked one of the panels clear through...not the strongest door obviously.

When I replace it, should I just say "forget it" and get another door like that?

Or should I get a solid wood door? Or metal?

The standard size it'd fit is 30X80.

Basically, I just want to change out the door, frame, and all but not spend too much. I admit I don't know much about doors. I looked on Home Depot's website and seems like "interior" door would be my best option.

Thanks.

By the way cute pit. I have two of my own, both rescued. 2 girls Diva and Jawsly. A little off topic.
