Hello, I am new to real estate investing, but used to work in construction (which has given me some contacts in the rehab department.) before becoming a professional in health care at Salem Hospital.

*That may be excessive to some people, but I worked in the healthcare field long enough to know that even 500,000 can be gone in no time with just one severe injury.

Then I took the 5 I liked and looked at the cities that were growing jobs that I liked (tech, healthcare, etc).  

For example, boomers will likely want to live near health care facilities while millennials might want to live near transit.  

Upon graduating from school we will be moving to Evansville for a new job I recently accepted, so I consider it home already.I will be working in healthcare, but as I build capital I would like to become more involved in real estate as an investment to hopefully build passive income.

I have jumped around in different healthcare jobs from ER to Hospice over the past decade and was never quite satisfied with the hourly requirements and the stress.

Pittsburgh has things like Uber, Google, healthcare....
