Investor in Salem

Hello, I am new to real estate investing, but used to work in construction (which has given me some contacts in the rehab department.) before becoming a professional in health care at Salem Hospital. I am interested in people who are here getting involved in real estate. I am also interested in capital partners in the Salem area that might be in the same boat as I am, looking to pay cash for properties at auction, but might be able to do more if the cash price at purchase, rehab, and profits are split 50/50.
