Finding deals may be challenging in the current strong sellers market, but if you can find them, it's a fantastic area to own real estate due to the fabulous school system and proximity to the airport/Charlotte.Hope this helps!

If you have the opportunity to start now, I strongly recommend it because of the delays, searching, questions, walk-thru's, bidding, waiting, paperwork, etc.In terms of areas in Colorado Springs, the Southeastern part of town near the Airport appears to be the lower income area with more affordable housing (under $200k), and the closer to Monument (North-side) you go, the more you'll end up paying for a decent home. 

There are currently 40 job postings for the company and many rumors of projects up ahead including:-Pedestrian tunnels in Kyle (South of Austin)-Transit tunnels in San Antonio, connecting the airport to downtown-A development facility in Bastrop (SouthEast of Austin)With the recent news of the large capital investment there may well be more projects announced soon.  

I'm searching for no HOA (so I can Air bnb if need be), near light rail and an attraction (school, airport, etc).

I live in Willoughby and work at the airport in Richmond heights for my full time gig.

Developments near the Denver International Airport are moving forward at a rapid pace.

Go to Los Cabos airport and tell that to the hordes of visitors going back home.

I met last week with several hedge funds and a group of people that promise me that Amazon will be coming to Gary Indiana and will occupy the Gary International airport.

I would add to those questions the following:Do you have any reports such as highest and best use, environmental, etc.Are there any known pertinent factors such as close to a dump, sewer treatment plant, airport flight path, train tracks, etc.Make sure you check with the fire department to see if the parcel has fire hydrants close enough, if not, do you need to add and how many and does the current line support the addition of more hydrants.

The northland is a big area, North Kansas City, Gladstone, Liberty, Claycomo, near the airport, etc. are all quite different from each other.
