I need less stress of what if. 

Needless to say, the calls and the mailings have stopped.

I purchased a duplex that equator was handling, I believe for Chase bank.The pipes were cut in all the right places but the pipes were not blown out, needless to saytwo new pumps, water heater, pipes, toilet, sink and possible shower now.  

Needless to say, I have an enormous stack of paper now.

Needless to say, I’m very excited.I think I’m most comfortable with SFR and MFR at this point, but plan to keep an open mind as I learn about all the other niches and exit strategies (Yep, I’ve already read the free BP Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to REI which was phenomenal.)

Needless to say this one is a flop...

Needless to say when I got there several of the other residents were outside & starting telling me all the nightmares going on in the small community with the HOA/Management Co such as: refusing to repair/replace the gate w/ lock on the pool so one of the residents made a temporary fix & posted a sign; put a lock on the mailbox room & repair the broken window; repair one section of the driveway that has a large hole, make repairs to the exterior of several units; repair the back access gate as it is left open & anyone can enter at anytime; no proof of insurance to the small group of owners that still occupy their units and being assessed in 2013 with no explanation & no meeting since 2014. 

Needless to say, I am running away from this one.  

I looked in the marketplace/business and see that most of the private lenders are 100K+.Needless to say, I will be putting myself out there to be a 30K and under private money lender.John Paul

Well, needless to say, this situation only lasted about 10 months before I decided to move back to the farm and just do the commute (about an hour and fifteen minutes each way – I’m an aggressive driver).
