@Brett JohnsonIf you are looking to purchase an investment property - you likely need to get under contract pretty soon.Banks/lenders normally require 30-45 days to close and there are normally a couple hiccups at the end of the year with the Christmas and New Year Holidays.There are some large CPA firms that do charge a lot - their target market is normally large real estate investors and maybe not the person just starting out in real estate.Good luck in your search for a CPA.
