Looking for CPA in Sacramento

Brett Johnson
Posted

Hi everyone!  My wife and I are getting ready to jump into the real estate investment game, and I have been looking for and vetting a number of CPAs and tax advisors.  We don’t have a terribly complex tax situation as of now but we are looking for any recommendations for good real estate CPAs in the Sacramento region.  We are ok paying a bit of a premium, but having a hard time justifying a large capital investment into some of the more large scale operators that frequent some of the popular podcasts.  We are planning on buying our first sfh rental property before the end of the year, and am hoping to find a good cpa to partner with as we begin To build our portfolio.  Thanks in advance for any and all help/recommendations!

Brett
