I genuinely believe I can achieve my goal through multi-family real estate investing and am eager to learn from experienced individuals who have achieved a similar goal through this field.

It quickly adds up between dues, licensing fees, insurance, e-sign programs, etc.Just be genuine with yourself about what your goals are by getting your license and you will be fine.

With this question in particular I would say that I am genuinely unqualified to give you any sort of information that would be conducive to your investments, it would be purely speculative and I wouldn't stake my name on speculation.
