Better late than never, I guess.  I cannot believe I haven't introduced myself yet on this platform, especially since I have been a Pro Member since 2019!  Well, I am changing that today.

My name is Rob Althouse, and I have been a licensed REALTOR® in the San Antonio, TX area since 2013.  Just recently, within the last five months, I have dove into my career as a full-time agent.  If you genuinely want to succeed as an agent, you cannot do it "part-time".  It has been an adjustment, but I remain optimistic about my career move.

I have literally spent tens of thousands of dollars (I am sure, like some of you) in real estate investing education, seminars, events, coaching groups, and meet-ups. I am familiar with STR, MTR, the BRRRR method, "House-Hacking", Fix-n-Flips, and traditional long-term buy-n-hold strategies. I also know different funding methods: hard money, private money, retirement account funding, conventional financing, creative financing, and seller/owner financing.

For anyone looking for expertise in the San Antonio market, please don't hesitate to let me know.  This community of people is incredible, and I have always enjoyed being a part of it!
