I used to be a member of the MMM forums, but I got banned for life during a political discussion where I argued much less forcefully my conservative point of view while being insulted and name called by the more liberal posters.

I was using my condo as an Airbnb but the condo association cracked down and banned short term rentals so I turned it into a corporate rental and I always have either a tenant from an insurance company or a traveling nurse.
