Should I House Hack a Condo?
I was wondering about house hacking a condo. Is that possible? And is it worth it with HOA and all that? Any pros or cons?

That's how I started. With a 2bd 2ba Condo and a roommate. Roommate paid half of PITI for bedroom and ba empty, rest furnished and all utilities paid. Was annoying splitting utilities every month so on first turnaround just included it in increased rental rate.
It's an adjustment living with a stranger and harder than just picking a tenant. It was very worth it for me.
