Roofstock has been a long time advertisement on BP, haven't personally used but they have a great user friendly website to easily browse inventory.

I wanted to reach out, introduce myself, and share an idea with you--if you're interested in learning more about BRRRR.So I'm less than a year into my investing journey, beginning as it seems many of you have in the BiggerPockets forums: binging BP books, podcasts, and browsing the forums. 

I've been browsing the forums and making a few posts to try and learn as much as possible before diving in.

Hey i have been browsing the forum for months now and figured its about time... obviously not a hard sale.

I went to "browse forums" then on the dropdown I chose "local real estate forum". and I was stuck there. 

Browse around or ask a question and you get plenty of help.

I looked through the "Browse Forums" but could not find it.  

I have been browsing for my next property and I came across a raised ranch single family home with 2 separate units that could be rented for about $2,000 each and I would be cashflowing roughly close to $500/month.

I am in marketing and advertising and keep my tools on while I browse so I can see what the cost per click is for all of my google searches on the ads that become visible.
