TURN KEY COMPANIES THAT HAVE BEEN USED

Monica, you should look at Suncoast Property Management (suncoastrentals.com) which is the PM arm of Southern Impression Homes (southernimpressionhomes.com).  I haven't used them, because I don't invest in turnkey properties, but I've met with them several times to refer clients.  They have a relationship with The Real Estate Guys.

They develop Build-to-Rent homes in several Florida markets and Georgia and seem to be a strong, growing company.  I'm impressed with the people I met there.  Good luck.
