Is there any other way to find out the listings at an auction besides newspapers these days?

Estate auctions, putting an ad in the newspaper, handing out business cards, placing bandit signs, etc. also can be effective.

I have an ad in the newspaper geared for my buyers list, and have been nonstop brainstorming on marketing techniques to get motivated sellers once my buyers list is built up a little more.

When the leads are published in the newspaper here, it lists the name of the executor and their address.

Apparently they're listed right in the newspaper and on the website, just like the foreclosure announcements.

@Preston WilkinsDue to Canadian privacy law, things such as foreclosure lists, probate lists, delinquent mortgage lists, etc. are difficult to produce and, in most instances, illegal to sell or distribute.As a province, Ontario uses power of sale in lieu of judicial foreclosure, so the first public notification will be a "Notice of Sale" in the classifieds section of the local newspaper and/or in The Ontario Gazette.  

Bigger pockets, craigs list, newspaper, networking events, etc etc....There is much more to wholesaling than most people think....its a sales and marketing business and not everyone's background makes for a good match.

Go online every other day and read the Irish Independent newspaper.
