I've read Wendy patton and Ron legrand but I'm really confused on this part and I understand everyone is busy but if you could answer my question that would be great!

I sent emails to DeSantis and all our elected officials asking that the ban on vacation rentals be lifted.

I've been reading, watching and listening to Ron Legrand and Joe McCall for a few months and now BP (pretty much on wholesaling and lease-options) and I thought it was time to jump in here and introduce myself and stat connecting. 

So @Ron Flatt when you say having rents cover everything up to 80% occupancy, do you mean as in my case where 3 of my units pay for the mortgage and utilities?
