Hello BP world! I'm really excited to see and be part of such a vast community of RE related folks. I've been reading, watching and listening to Ron Legrand and Joe McCall for a few months and now BP (pretty much on wholesaling and lease-options) and I thought it was time to jump in here and introduce myself and stat connecting. 

No deal yet... (very close though) I've been making calls, making offers and have a nice buyers list now so... it's just a matter of time. YES!
