Most people I work with live in primary markets (as opposed to Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Memphis, Little Rock, Jacksonville, Ohio, or other secondary or tertiary markets) where the Rent-to-Value Ratios are under 1%.

I'm starting out there because I have more connections (wholesalers, realtors, subs, etc.) there than where I live now in Birmingham, AL.

I grew up in a small town in Indiana just 30 minutes from Chicago and moved to Birmingham because I love the south.

I have a question for my Birmingham AL Investors and wholesalers.
