Real estate investing in Birmingham Alabama

Hello Guys,

I'm looking for someone to collaborate on my journey as a real estate investor.

Already done few deals in Western Asia, and now looking forward to start in the U.S.A as well.

Specifically looking to what are the 2 top neighborhoods you like to work in Birmingham, AL? and 2 bottom neighborhoods for rental?

Also will be glad to get some recommended real estate agents contacts I can work with from this area.

Really appreciate your help in providing relevant FB groups where I can find such business partners, or if someone from this group is interested please feel free to contact me.

My 2 favorite areas for rentals are Pinson and Hueytown. I stay away from city of Birmingham (except for parts of 35215 and 35214)

Check out @Rob Drum he’s a great agent for out of state investors! He has a great network and has a lot of good info on his YouTube.
