Im trying to get started into investing willing to soak as much up n get started of course with sum help

I am a huge avid forum reader so I hope in time I can soak in all the information.I found BP through a search engine for "best websites to learn about real estate" and BP popped up as a recommendation.  

Someone had beaten up all the walls and the carpets were soaked in urine.

I lived there the first 16 years of my life and get back when I can to soak in the sun.

In the next 7 months or so I plan to be a sponge on this site, soaking up as much information as I can.

After obtaining these two properties I want to do both long term rentals and rehap/flip houses.I am ambitious in nature but my family does come first and they take up a lot of time.I am interested in networking with real estate professionals and soaking up all that knowledge.
