Good morning fellow re investors. I am fairly new to rei, I have been doing this for a about six months now and have been working with a couple partners on my first couple flips but I need to work on my own business Capitol. I am looking for a good company in or near the Phoenix area that can help me get some company start up money since I haven't had the company around very long. I am working on wholesaling but that isn't my goal. I have been listing to all the podcast in here and bought the book investing with no and low money down and so far it is going really well. I lov the thought of buying my first hold investment by house hacking. I am also looking few a good agent to work with. I have a great that I have been working with but she isn't an investor herself, so I would like to find one that does investing also to help me out. Sorry this was so long and rambled but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Charlie
