If you're not willing to take a little risk along the path of life you'll just sit on the sidelines and watch while the real movers and shakers entrepreneur their way through life.My 3 cents worth adjusted for inflation.

Potential mentors are far more interested in mentoring people who are committed and active, compared to sitting on the sidelines waiting for someone to hold their hand. 

I thought 2017 was going to hit with a bang and so far it just feels like people are sitting on the sidelines.

It was an eye opener for me to come to this group and meet more leaders of the industry and no what I would call general enthusiasts or those that are looking to invest as a side line.. these were all folks that had up and going fully mature real estate business's.. so in that way I was pretty much in awe of the whole proceeding.. nothing like going to Vegas shows or that stuff were its a lot of presenters and general public. if you have a few hundred bucks your get in the door.this event or group was invitation only … So like I said never been to one before did not know what to expect and was pretty humbled by the whole thing.. 

Unfortunately, I sat on the sidelines for a lot longer than I should have before finally jumping in last year.

I wouldn't change it for anything though, I love that I took the risk, didn't sit idle on the sidelines finding the "perfect" situation (I don't think perfect exists, it is what you make of it), and put more faith in myself that I will find a path to figuring things out as it goes in order to be successful.

I'm 26 and my wife and I currently have a house hack and are on the sidelines for a second investment property.Nice job with the quick real estate growth.

Real estate is something that I've always been pretty interested in and feel its time to stop sitting on the side lines and start making things happen.

After sitting on the sideline for a year or so, the economic uncertainty from Covid-19 has inspired me to take a leap of faith and hopefully acquire my first rental property this year.My parents recently retired and moved to Lake Worth, Florida, and as a result I'll likely be down there a few times a year.

Maybe it wasn't perfect, but damn so many people sit on the sidelines forever waiting to find the perfect deal.
