New and moving to the Austin market

Hello everyone!

Hope your day is going well so far, my name is Gregory. I'm currently finishing up a bachelors degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Texas Tech. 

Real estate is something that I've always been pretty interested in and feel its time to stop sitting on the side lines and start making things happen. I'm moving to the Austin area after graduation this December and would love to get a head start by talking to some local investors willing to spare a few tips and tricks of the area!
