I just think there's a lot of opportunity in this sector.

Salaries must be within the range of what the average person would earn doing the same job in the private sector. 

I’d like to stay in the warmer climate, non flood/fire areas lol near the beach with great flow of business going on as well as leisure.

@Lane Kawaoka I think these are great ideas, and I can't wait till technology finally catches up to the real estate sector.

There are other Midwestern cities who are growing the high tech job sector, but their growth rate isn't as high as Indianapolis' rate.

He assures me that he's not an active pimp today, but in person he wears a purple leisure suit and sports 5 or 6 heavy gold chains.....so, you be your own judge.

I like the sector except some are staying away from the acute places as medicare or Medicaid (can't remember which one) will be squeezing payouts and affecting bottom lines making them thinner with more regulatory control.So different ages sectors of senior living are more desirable over others from investing standpoints.

Regardless of whether you invest with SLF or not, I strongly encourage you and other investors to invest in the senior housing sector. 

There are relatively no rent control laws in the private sector.

That's enough time to clean and restock it at a leisurely pace.
